This company has called me about 6 times, including on a weekend and a Friday evening. Tonight, a man called and asked if I was here, when I said "speaking" he hung up. However, he somehow contrived to leave 2 recorded messages on my voice mail threatening that this was my last chance to arrange something that would prevent interest.
I consider that threatening and harassing, especially since the last time a man called me (it may have been the same man, he sounded the same) was the Saturday call, around noon. He threatened that if I did not pay the bill to AT+T (which may own the company or be their only customer), I would have credit problems. Since I don't own a credit card and have no plans to do so, and I have no plans to borrow any money, buy a house, or buy a car, I said that it did not matter, I did not need a good credit report and the bill was not mine. He said that it would matter eventually (since I am 61 and on a health disability, I should live so long), and I said that it would not. By the time he was finishing, he was yelling at me. Although he did not curse as they apparently sometimes do, he was purposely offensive and nasty. I do not particularly care about what words are used. If I am threatened or harassed, I know it.
I, like the last person who complained about NRS, wonder how such a company stays in business, and I can only guess that it's because it's in Texas, where they have lots of unpleasant people lining up for jobs and they elect their judges and juries determine penalties (I read about it). It calls itself National, but its main office, and the bill he claimed I owed were in Texas. The website is mainly to find people who want the job and are "professional." Since the only two real professions are Attorneys and Doctors of medicine, I don't think that they can be people who call and threaten strangers and clearly enjoy doing it.
