I recieved a letter from NCO Financial to pay off an account I had in collections. I called the Company to whom I owed the original debt. I was informed that it had been bought off by an other company.

I paid NCO Financial the agreed amount. The money was removed from my account. I have a copy of the electronic check for my files. But no letter of payment has been recieved, or acoount removed from my credit report. And I am working on retrieving information to show I have in fact paid this money. And to whom do I turn to for retrobution of this farce of a company?
