We were contacted through Countrywide that this company would be able to help us secure a low interest rate through a loan modification since Bank of Am. strung us along for over 1 year just to tell us we didn't qualify, this company The Arize Group guaranteed us that it could do it but we needed to send $3500,we didn't have that kind of money so we were instructed to stop paying our payment for 2 months that B.A.C. would forclose on out loan After many demand letters that we were to send we find out that they are a scam I found out by reading someone else blog that the same was done to them
