ATN International Group Dr. A.Tuan Nguyen/ Wannabe lawyer hasn't pass California State bar, claims to have received JD and MBA from Harvard, scamming Vietnamese community Garden Grove, California

This guy was introduced to us by Hanh Duong of Vietpressusa.com. Here is a link to the article written by Mr. Hanh Duong http://www.vietpressusa.com/2011/09/luat-su-tien-si-nguyen-anh-tuan-tot.html proclaiming “Dr. A Tuan Nguyen” is a lawyer, a Harvard graduate with JD and MBA, but when we contacted Harvard at  registrar@hbs.edu to verify the claimed by both Dr. A Tuan Nguyen and Hanh Duong, the Harvard college responded, “It appears this individual may have participated in an Executive Education program here at HBS. Please contact them directly at executive_education@hbs.edu”  Executive Education website http://www.exed.hbs.edu/admissions/Pages/default.aspx states, “there are no formal educational prerequisites, fluency in written and spoken English is required…”  When checked with the state bar of California at   http://members.calbar.ca.gov/fal/MemberSearch/QuickSearch, there is another person with the exact same name, but it is not “Dr. A. Tuan Nguyen, aka Anthony, Thomas, Tuan Nguyen.” 
From website at www.atngroup.org insinuates that he is a lawyer.

This guy took $1500.00 in a check from us and cashed it and has done nothing. He said he can prevent our foreclosure by making him the trustee in an irrevocable living trust.  It is a 9 page boiler plate that he filled in with his name as “Anthony Nguyen” with the address of a mailbox center at 16027 Brookhurt #G303, Fountain Valley, CA.  92708, correct address is 16027 Brookhurst Street #G303, Fountain Valley, CA. 92708.  He said he would do the recording and negotiation with the lender on our behalf.  Nothing has been done ever since he pocketed the $1,500.00.  Per SB94, http://www.dre.ca.gov/pdf_docs/SB94WebAnnouncement%28brokers%29.pdf

“Dr. A.Tuan Nguyen” has broken the law.  He IS NOT LINCENSED as a lawyer or real estate
agent/broker.  His business is being promoted here http://www.vietpressusa.com/2011/09/luat-su-tien-si-nguyen-anh-tuan-tot.html in the Vietnamese community and his illegal behaviors needs to be stopped immediately.

If you have any questions or would like to read the emails exchanged between us and “Dr.A. Tuan Nguyen” where he threatened that he will and has reported us to the Department of Defense, FBI stalker law, and San Jose Police.  He may scares others he has scammed with those threats, but we would gladly see him in court.  We are still waiting.  Anthony, Thomas (a name he recently used in the email exchanged), Anh, Tuan Nguyen is a FRAUD.   We recently found out that he charged another victim $2000.00 plus $100/hour as if he is an attorney.

Anh Tuan Nguyen aka “Dr. A.Tuan Nguyen” aka Anthony Nguyen, Thomas Nguyen needs to be arrested and be given a desist and refrain order from the authority.  He will promise you in his heavily accented broken English that he can stop your foreclosure, DO NOT GIVE HIM ANY MONEY.  He has been given many chances to return the $1500.00 but has not comply.  He even goes as far as to threaten us.  Contact us at xxx-xxx-xxxx.
