I received a mailing yesterday from this law group. The appearance of the letter is that you are being sued for a large amount of money. At first I thought someone had stolen my identity and charged up a large sum of money.

After reading the fine print, they are a stupid debt settlement company soliciting business.

I have never filed a complaint about someone mailing out business soliciatations but this one is ridiculous and very deceptive.

Lead generation company misled all

AUTHOR: Bay view law employee - SAN DIEGO (U.S.A.)

Recently the firm hired a company named Twice Verified to do some leads generation on our behalf. We were given a letter to approve and we were very clear on what the firm required including insuring the mailer did not look like a government form, was not deceptive and clearly stated on the front that the material inside was advertising or promotional in nature. We were supplied a proof and the mailing began.

A few days ago one of the letters was returned to us, it was undeliverable. We were shocked to see what had been mailed was not what we were shown. We immediately cancelled our agreement with Twice Verified and our attorneys are considering legal action. We apologize to KR and assure them they will never receive anything like that again from our firm.
