Mr. Eversole is the sorriest excuse I have seen for an attorney. To call him a crook would be a compliment. He is a thief, a cheat, a swindler and to sum it up nicely a shyster.

If he did not spend so much time writing blogs about how wonderful an attorney he is, perhaps he would be able to represent those in need of representation - especially after receiving their down payment.

If you value your time and money, or, if you place an emphasis on character - avoid Mr. Eversole by any means necessary. Because that is exactly how he will get your money out of your pocket and into his...by any means necessary.
