I did not know about this web site and I was looking on here to see about another company when I decided to put in hlaa and see what came up. My sister is a retired teacher that was behind on her payments and paid these hoodlums several thousands of dollars. After the lack of care they gave her and no one ever answering her calls at this place justice paper, she put a stop payment on the second half of the money that she was charged. At that point is when they decided to contact her. I got involved and they treated me with the same disrespect and lack of care. I was in touch with the representative that called my sister to offer the help and she was no longer involved with them and advised us that they were no good. She explained to the both of us that they treat their representatives with less respect than the lack of respect that they treat the customers. The representative was now working for another law firm and she was able to help us for the price of the second payment that would have gone to these crooks. The service we received from the new company was excellent. I noticed by looking on this report that only those that represent the company have something good to say. Don’t give these thugs your money and if you are one of their representatives do what our representative did, leave them.
