If your in need of help I STRONGLY advise you DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY AT ALL!
I was being badly harassed by an ex partner and threatened by several individuals. I applied on line 20th February 2009 for an Letter Before Action and an Injunction.
My payment of £247 for a Personalised Service was taken on 23rd February 2009 and that was THE LAST I HEARD from Injunction Direct.
They had both Phone numbers ,E-mail address and address, after 2 months the situation became so bad myself and my children had to flee our address although my new partner remained for a further month. STILL NO CONTACT!!!!!.
I moved to England and had to settle my children down again.On June 23rd 2009 because this company had not acted for me ,my child was abducted from his school gate. 
My ex partner had contracted a man who had just got out of jail serving 9 yrs for Murder had used him in the abduction and to threaten my life.
After contacting the POLICE 16th September they advised me I needed an Injunction
WHERE WAS IT INJUNCTION DIRECT????. I called the company seversal times and no one returned my calls. I eventually got an adviser who said to send my deatils again and an LBA will be guaranteed sent by Friday 18th September..IT WASNT. After loads more calls I was told to start the process again> I wanted my money back.. I wrote in again,Ignored and now its the mails Fault..LOL . Ive lost my son, have a contract on my life and this cost me £247 for a PERSONAL SERVICE ..DANGEROUS INCOMPITANTS.

This is terrible. I´m so sorry to hear this happened to you and your children. It sounds absolutely scary and for a company to try and make profit out of people like you is scandalous. I wish I could help. I´m preparing a project to expose. I really, really want to help expose this scam. Please, please contact me, if you want to help in doing so- don´t let them get away with it.
