We signed up after seeing scores of "cases" in our area.  Long story short, the people at LegalMatch are scum and crooks.  Even though we spent hours responding to cases and giving out free advice on the phone and via email, 5 months later we had not one client.  We literally monitored and responded to every case in our area feeling as though we had to at least get one to get our money back.  We tried to get out of the agreement and the company told us to get lost and that we must be doing something wrong.

Finally, at the end of our contract year, we managed to get several clients after responding to almost 400 cases.  We managed to make a little money, but when you factor in all the time and effort, it was a complete waste of time.  The users/clients want free advice and free consults...period. 

I would advise all reputable lawyers to stay away from this company!!!!!!!!

They ripped me off big time.

DO NOT SIGN UP FOR THEIR SERVICE.  Trust me, I did, and I got completely rip offed by this outfit.

You MIGHT accidently run into a client that will cover your cost for the service, but the odds are not good, and you have to weed through a lot of crap.  And if you try to get out of the contract, they will sue you.  I found out they are involved in 100's of lawsuits from unhappy clients.

It's your money, spend it wisely, now you have been warned about these slimeballs.  Buyer beware.

 I have used legalmatch several times, I am a consumer and the response to your complaints lye in the fact that it's the people, not the company. Everyone wants something for nothing, and thats just bad character. I needed to consult with attorneys and I was looking for a smart, fair responsible attorney fee, and so far I've found at least two. But I have notice that the attorneys are very careful at who they choose to be clients and I don't blame them, rather it was your ripoffreport of something else, you have a right to be weary, bu as an attorney yourself, when it comes to the contract, maybe you should negoiate a better contract when you do not get your money's worth.
