This company is a FRAUD! They take your money and provide no services but a ton of excuses! I AM a customer, I AM NOT your competition! I HAVE NOT been given my refund OR received appropriate communication from the company to remedy the time lapse!!! I've waited nearly 2 months for my documents and nothing but excuses and mistakes on there part!
1st it was "we filed in the wrong city!" I am the one that called them and told them they filed in the wrong city and the check it out!
2nd They filed in the right city but filed the wrong documents!!!!!!! They didn't communicate this AT ALL! I had to call and check on the status!
3rd they re-filled the information in the right city with the right docs (ALL ACCORDING TO THEM) and they didn't fucking tell me this! I had to call again! so while I was thinking my info should be on it's way they knew I needed to wait (AGAIN ACCORDING TO THEM) another 10 days! WHY ARE THEY IN BUSINESS DUDE! Seriously this is not how you conduct a business! Where is the professional ettiquette? WHere is your committment of excellence to your customers?!
I'Ve asked for a freakin refund 3 seperate times and I haven't heard from the company AT ALL!
Please read this I am real,. I do have a order# and I do thing this company is a crock!
TO ALL CUSTOMERS SAVE YOURSELF THE HEADACHE AND DO IT YOURSELF DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY THEY ONLY COMPLICATE THINGS!

To Marques Brown,
We agreed that if we did not get the filing back by Monday Feb, 6 2012. You will get a refund of the filing. And did we not make it clear on how this case was delayed? But I guess you still wanted to black ball my service but blasting me on ripoff report. I will let you make a right decision on what you will respond to this BS report that you have put in. The agreement will be off if this is not cleared up.

I would like to clear the air not because of your BS threat! But because it's the right thing to do for future customers and not fair to Mysmallclaims.com not to tell the entire story.
I just want anyone that reads this to know I am a real customer that had a very REAL concern and that, Mr. Smith is not BS.
Mr. Smith did however shoot me an email and he was very respectful and understanding to my position in this situation. I will tell the honest truth, he also agreed to a deal I proposed which was after nearly two month of waiting I would give his company 1 more week (2/6/2012) until I required my refund in full. I personally (and I'm sure the majority of Americans will agree) think nearly 2 months is too long to have to wait for a service or good; and yes there were many delays and set back (not on my part however). So I have now hopefully cleared the air for all future customers, my experience was real but my post went up BEFORE I received a call from the OWNER MIKE SMITH; therefore a clarification was necessary to accurately depict my entire situation.
I no longer want to deal with this situation and I would like my refund this has been entirely too stressful for myself and my prego fiance. I WANT MY REFUND PLEASE NOTHING FURTHER!
