On Wednesday, January 25, 2012 I contacted this company to retain their services for purposes of retrieving court filings from the Los Angeles Superior Court.  Richard answered, took down our office's payment information, and told me that he could complete the request the next day.  When no response was forthcoming, I contacted Richard again on Friday to inquire about the status.  He alleged that they prior runner had some confusion and was unable to complete the request, but he promised to have the documents to me by Monday, January 30th.  I spoke with Richard again on Wednesday, February 1st, and he again promised to have the documents to me by close of business on Thursday.  When I contacted their office today, both phone lines are no longer working, and no response has been forthcoming to my e-mail requests.

This company breached its agreement to provide services to our office, repeatedly lied to us about the status of the work that was to be completed, and charged us for the work they did not perform.  This business is a scam and performs unethical business practices.
