In May 2009 it came to my attention that this company produced and submitted to the Superior Court in Tulare County fraudulent and falsified proof of service documents signed by an individual by the name of Larry Steckman, claiming to be a licensed CA private investigator. When I investigated QAS I discovered that they are not licensed Legal Document Assistants as required by the Dept. of Consumer Affairs and the County of Tulare, or anywhere in Las Vegas. Albert Carazolez claims he is just about an attorney and doesnt fall under this requirement, this is not true.  People you need to be informed before you deal with these people. That is why you get ripped off and scammed.  In contacting their office many many times, I found one liar after the other.  And most of them suffers from amnesia also!!

When I researched the CA licensed PI I found that he has 3 felony convictions, and would never obtain a PI license. A matter of fact, when he signed a declaration to the court claiming to have served a defendant, he was in fact in custody and booked and jailed.

In this process I discovered that people need to be more informed. QAS gets away with things like this because nobody say or do anything. I did not sit still and I refuse to be quiet. I complained to the County of Tulare where Legal Document Assistants are suppose to be licensed and bonded (if they were bonded you could claim against it for services not provided), I complaint to the Dept. of Consumer Protection and the Bureau of Securities and Investigative Services (they manage and control all PI's in CA) and I filed complaints with the District Attorney's Office in Tulare. DO NOT be a victim of these people, do something. A few letters, stamps and phone calls with a little bit of time is all it takes. Don't feel that because you have limited money, there is nothng you can do, this is how they get away with it. I have been threatened and blackmailed, but will not give up until justice is served. How many plaintiffs will it take that pays for services that are never performed?? How many defendants will never show up at court hearings because they were not properly served?? Now is the time to stand together and make sure that not one more person is scammed ever again. Civil courts depend heavily on the actions of process servers and their honesty and integrity, and make rulings according to that.  By defrauding the court system, they strip you from your rights to defend yourself! Do not be still anymore, they count on you to go away.

Quick Action Legal Services, QAS Porterville and Albert Carazoles

AUTHOR: Anonymous - Anaheim (United States of America)

In May 2009 it came to my attention that this company and some of its employees produced and submitted to the Superior Court in Tulare County fraudulent and falsified documents and proof of service documents signed by an individual by the name of Larry Steckman, claiming to be a licensed CA private investigator working for QAS. When I investigated QAS I discovered that they are not licensed Legal Document Assistants as required by the Dept. of Consumer Affairs and the County of Tulare, or in any other city they do business in. Albert Carazolez claims he works under the supervision of his uncle and is just about an attorney himself and doesnt fall under this requirement, this is simply not true, all LDA's have to be licensed and bonded.

People you need to be informed before you deal with these people. That is why you get ripped off and scammed.  In contacting their office many many times, I found one liar after the other, passing blame from one to another.  And most of them suffers from amnesia also!!  When I researched the CA licensed PI I found that he is not licensed either, and would never obtain a PI license. In this process I discovered that people need to be more informed and you need to know who you deal with. QAS gets away with things like this because nobody says or do anything. I did not sit still and I refuse to be quiet. I complained to the County of Tulare where Legal Document Assistants are suppose to be licensed and bonded (if they were bonded you could claim against it for services not provided), I complaint to the Dept. of Consumer Protection and the Bureau of Securities and Investigative Services (they manage and control all PI's in CA), but more importantly, I filed complaints with the District Attorney's Office in Tulare and you can too. DO NOT be a victim of these people, do something. A few letters, stamps and phone calls with a little bit of time is all it takes. Don't feel that because you have limited money, there is nothng you can do, this is how they get away with it. I have been threatened and blackmailed, but will not give up until justice is served. What is good for one is good for all.  The State have certain requirements for different businesses, and if one has to abide by it, so does every one else.  The internet is available with so much information at your fingertips, use it wisely, it doesn't take a private investigator to find the information you need, everything is right there.

How many clients will it take that pays for services that are never performed?? How many defendants will never show up at court hearings because they were not properly served?? Now is the time to stand together and make sure that not one more person is a victim ever again. Civil courts depend heavily on the actions of process servers and their honesty and integrity, and make rulings according to that.  By defrauding the court system, they strip you from your rights to defend yourself! Do not be still anymore, they count on you to go away. I have learned that if you contact enough people, somebody will listen and help you.  Don't be a victim any longer.
