All Glass Services (Saddle Brook, NJ) J&L Mirror and Glass Beware of a wolf in sheeps clothing Saddle Brook, New Jersey

Ill start this review by commending the two installers who worked at my house. They did great job and best of all they were respectable and pleasant. However, its a shame that Joel Tobia, owner of All Glass Services (formerly J&L Mirror
and Glass, formerly Its All Glass), is their employer. Joel may come off as a nice guy and certainly has a good personality for sales, but beyond that hes a pig and unprofessional at best:

On the day of the installation, Joel stopped by to check-in, his installers had called to tell him they were having an issue because the wall that the door mounts to is not square. While taking measurement for the glass the week before, he
hadnt bothered to check something as simple as if the walls were straight. He believed the door could be adjusted the same day so he asked my wife for the balance payment, citing that he saw no reason to return after his installers
were done. Apparently feeling quite confident that he would never come back to my house again, he started talking to my wife, telling her she was very pretty, that her husband had won the lottery, and that it was a shame that all his
good looking customers were married.  But he then proceeded to tell her that he was shocked that she was married to a
white guy and couldnt possibly understand how she could be happy in such a marriage. He then gave her his business card and told her to call him if she ever wanted to get divorced or even just go away for a week, asked that she
give him a call.

Unfortunately for Joel, the glass door they had could not be used in the install and his installers had to come back the following week with a new one. After having made the mistake of not properly measuring and then speaking to my wife the way he did, he had the audacity to ask me for another $160 to cover his costs. I feel bad that his employees work for such a low-life, but most of all I feel bad for his wife. This guy is a waste of life, take your hard-earned money elsewhere. God knows after reviews like this hell be changing his business name again and you can kiss your warranty goodbye.

FYI, look up his former company names (J&L Mirror and Glass, Its All Glass), theyre all listed under the same residential address of 203 Nedellec Dr in Saddle Brook. Youll find plenty of negative reviews and over 25 complaints with the Better Business Bureau.
