Caribbean Cruise Line sent us a mail voucher for a free cruise.

The salesman named Eugene talked us into upgrading. I wasn't planning to upgrade, but he promised that one plane ticket to Orlando would be provided at no cost to us, and that we could use frequent flyer miles to pay for our second ticket. The promise that we would be able to get to Orlando at no cost to us was what convinced us to commit to the trip.

After we made reservations for the cruise, paid $436.00 in fees, and arranged for child care, the cruise line informed us that we were required to purchase our own airline tickets.

I called customer service. They refused to cooperate or even acknowledge they had done anything wrong. I called the sales line and asked to speak to Eugene. Unfortunately he was on vacation and unavailable to talk.
