Continental Communities ripoff Oak Brook Illinois

Now they sold the park ,raised the rent and we still get the shaft. I hope the new owners will pay more attention to this place and it could be a halfway decent place to live.

I have lived at Indian Run Village since 1995 and prior to continental communities aquiring the park things weren't great by any stretch but they have been in a downward spiral ever since.

Now they want to increase the lot rent another $15 to make it a total of $454.00 per month for a double wide home. One would think that with all the increases that we would at least have park management. As for Terry from the previous rebuttal he and his wife are gone they were replaced by some other managers whom I never met and they are already gone too. What is the problem why the high turnover for managers HMM maybe they aren't the problem perhaps its the owners. Things aren't always what they may seem but its tough to believe so many different people could be at fault for the same problems. The common denominator is Continental Communities. We need to unite to fight this after all we really do have the power without us this place would make no money! A homeowners assn. was tried in the past but people showing up to the meeting to just complain with no constructive ideas is unproductive I think we should try again.

OR TAKE THE PROACTIVE APPROACH, IF THIS PLACE IS SO TERRIBLE WHY NOT HELP OUT, VOLENTEER FOR SECURITY, PARADE PATROL, ETC. TAKE SOME PRIDE IN YOUR COMMUNITY INSTEAD OF LEAVING IT UP TO EVERYONE ELSE.
