So, I ordered a pair of dual tone lenses from this company. My credit card was charged and I received an email with a tracking number comfirming that the lenses were shipping out the next day. So, several days pass and I decide to check the web site for tracking. No activity for several days. So, I called the shipping company and they tell me they never received any package from this company. So, I email Deja Vu eyes's customer support and inquire as to what's going on with my order. They respond by saying they sent me an email informing me that the lenses were out of stock and that I could get a refund or a free upgrade for Triple Tone lenses. I told them I didn't receive any email regarding the lenses being out of stock, only an email stating that the lenses were shipping out. So, I requested a refund as I didn't want the Triple tone lenses and I also asked for them to forward the email that they "claimed" to have sent me telling me the lenses were out of stock. Several days go by...I get no response. So, I attempt a second time asking for the email to be re-sent to me along with info as to when I will receive a refund and as as of today...I've gotten no response. These people are crooks. Clearly, they were lying and never sent me any email telling me the lenses were out of stock. When I put the lenses in my cart, they were in stock. they never said they would send them when they were back in stock...nothing. They just took my money, lied and kept the lenses. Now, I have nothing. Oh, the chicks name is Samantha Shepard form customer support. I just wanted a refund and proof that they actually sent an email to me. DON'T BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!! They are crooks and they lie...BEWARE!!

So, I just checked my account and I received a full refund from the company...yay!! I definately believe had I not put them on blast here, I would have NEVER received justice. They still didn't send me any follow-up emails, but I'm totally satisfied that I got my money back. I don't regret anything...if you do decide to use this company, at least you know what MIGHT happen. If so, do like I did and expose them!
