Frank Deleon - Francisco Deleon ripoff Deadbeat dad keeps moving,quiting and getitng fired to prevent paying child support.Gives poor excuses,rarely keeps in touch & I always have to find him. Orlando Florida

Frank Deleon is about 6 feet tall, medium build b/w 180- 210 ilbs. Curly brown hairsometimes wears a goatee, wears contacts and glasses. Has a tattoo on one arm with two roses and the name Venice written across. I had his first son, after that he had two more children. He has a total of 6 kids, 4 with one women and 2 from 2 different women (that includes me).

From the day my son was born it has been one obtacle after another. I paid the NY sheriffs office a fee to serve him papers which they never did. They actually forgot my case, but I ran to thier office picked up the papers, located him myself and had police serve him all on the same day.

He has never willingly made payments, the state has to always take it from his check after I do the dirty work of locating him and his employment. He saw my son who is a little over 2 now. One time he asked me to take him to one of our court dates, when I did he just ignored him and stood on the other side of the room.

Has an extensive criminal background and always tries to find the quickest way to make a buck without any records of it. He moved all the way to Florida. I found him and child support Child support offices sent me two checks of $70.00. Apparently he is no longer employed because I am getting one of $23.00 and he owes a little of $100.00.

I know it may not seem like a lot but every little bit helps as the cost of living is extremely high in NYC. Pampers are $13.00 here so that's all the state seems they want him to cover.

I would appreciate any help in finding him. I know he used to work off the books when living in New York simply because he always bragged about it, but it's not easy to prove in court unless you have money to spend on surveillance. The family court system is useless when locating deadbeat parents and unsympathetic to this. If I didn't work and collected public assistance they would be looking for him like crazy to collect the money for him.
