I placed an order via the Internet for a trial bottle of the Cleansing product, Extreme Acai Cleansing solution, which included 15 pills. In the ad there was no information given as to the extent of the trial period.
However, it stated that the price of the trial bottle was $1.00 and that Oprah had used the product, but that there was no affiliation to Oprah..
I received the product approximately 4-5 days after ordering it. I had not tried the product yet, when another bottle of 30 pills arrived 1 week later.
I called Fullfillment, aka Nubodi to ask why my bank account was debited $89.31. A woman, who did not identify herself answered.
She told me that I had 14 days to try the product, and that the 14 days began the day I ordered the product and not the day I received it!
She was very rude and proceeded to tell me that, I wanted to argue and that I could not get my money back! I told her I thought the company were scam artists.
I further stated to her that I'd reported the company to the BBB and the Federal Trade Commission.
She became angrier and said, I am going to write in the system that you CANCELED your subscription account! She then hastily gave me a confirmation number and hung up the phone.

My first report on Fullfiment/Nubodi/Acai Berry Cleansing Solution, was on September 15th. It told how this company debited my account for $89.31, without my knowledge, before I had a chance to try the trial bottle of cleansing tablets, and it charged my account before the so-called 14 day trial period ended.
WELL, THE GOOD NEWS IS THAT I CONTACTED THE BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU IN MY STATE, WHO CONTACTED THE BBB IN FLORIDA. AS A RESULT, FULLFILLMENT/NUBODI HAS CREDITED BACK THE $89.31 THEY DEBITED FROM MY BANK ACCOUNT. MY UNDERSTANDING IS THAT THEY WILL TREAT YOUR ORDER LIKE A SUBSCIPTION AND WILL DEBIT YOUR ACCOUNT EACH MONTH, SO I WILL BE CLOSING MY BANK ACCOUNT! CONTACT THE BBB, FEDERAL TRADE COMMISSION, CONSUMER AFFAIRS, OR THE ATTORNEY GENERAL TO LET THEM KNOW IF THIS HAS HAPPENDED TO YOU!
