If this bogus company calls you for a job interview... RUN! They claim to be a "Premier" marketing/advertising company, but that is sooooooooooooooooooooooooo far from the truth. The truth is is that ALL they want is for people to walk around from one subdivision to the next to sell windshields for a company called DNS Auto Glass. After doing a short bit of research, I discovered that DNS Auto Glass used to be called Coast to Coast Auto Glass. This bogus company advertises employments on many different internet employment sites, such as Career Builders, Monster, and Indeed. All of their ads are totally and 100% pure deceptive in nature. They advertise for management, athletes, and restaurants, but in all reality, everyone starts out at the lowest possible level regardless of how much experience you have. They tell you about how much money you can make, feed you a line of BS about owning your own office, and many other things to get you to stick around, and in the meantime, you basically starve. They tell you that their management program is designed to be around 9 months long, but then they will boast about how they feel you can do this within a few short months. Just sell and make the upper management money while your own paycheck is pathetic. You will only get paid commission, but they want, DEMAND, that you work from early morning till way past 8 at night, six days a week. I have heard a couple of people from this bogus company brag about their future with the company, but then, less than 2 weeks later, they QUIT!
If I can save one person from even talking with these morons, then I will have done my job! I have taken the time to visit my neighbors and warned them about their shady sales tactics and the glass shop they claim to represent. This company, High Energy Marketing Solutions is a far, far cry from being anything close to a legitimate marketing/advertising company. Also, on the invoice of DNS Auto Glass, their sales people are "taught" to point out the list of alleged corporate offices. However, with the truth being told, none, not ONE of those offices exist! That alone should warn you about just how shady this company is, not to mention, DNS Auto Glass too. From start to finish, this entire thing is nothing more than a big fat SCAM!
Do yourself and others a huge, huge favor and warn everyone you know about High Energy Marketing Solutions and the glass shop they claim to represent, DNS Auto Glass. From the very first moment they speak with you, just remember, they are ALL nothing more than a bunch of LIARS! Don't take this as me being just a disgruntled employee. Check the internet yourself, research Coast to Coast Auto Glass and DNS Auto Glass. They are one in the very same!

Some truth to some of this!!!

AUTHOR: anonymous - (United States of America)

Yes as far as the Aurora store goes, it is & has never been apart of this co.  Being a current employee right now, I have seen first hand all the different name changes that these store owners have used just to re-open the exact same shop, just in a different area...Heck some of them have been re-opened in the same office just under a new name.  Now I am not saying that's right or that's wrong since glass co aren't nor will they ever be the only ones who do the exact same thing.  Alot of auto body shops do it, used car companies do it...Is it right, well that's not for us to say that becomes somebody else that has to do it and in a legal way.  Morally yes I do believe it's wrong, but hey that is how our society works now.  So who cares what the name has been or what it is today or what it will be tomorrow, as long as the quality of work is there then that's all that matters.  And that's something I myself have heard nobody complaining about, why is that, hmm because the quality is good, sometimes a glitch happens & schedules may need re-scheduled or sometimes a warranty has to be honored which they are, I know that first hand as well...So please be adult about what you have to say and do a bit more homework about what you say because telling all lies or even a partial lie it's still a lie, and well we all know what happens to people when they lie...thank you all for your time...

In regards to this digruntled employees rant i am here to say that everything he said is, to a point, accurate. I was called into this company's office for an interview on a saturday morning and to my dismay the office wasnt very official looking and didnt boast the kind appearance that you would think would be a great expanding marketing company. When i showed up they actually didnt know i was coming in to my surprise and were in the middle of a meeting which was very loud. The head man in charge came and sawing my waiting and asked why i was here and i told and then he asked me some questions and started talking about what they. He then said that they were actually about to go do there job so he wanted me to tag along. Which was odd at first. We then proceeded to go out 30 mins from the office to easley and go door to door trying to sell whatever. after about a half hour we went waffle house where we finished up the interview. he broke down the program and once he had come to the conclusion that the pay was commission only he said he call me back after talking to the owner. So to back up information from disgruntled employee yes the job is commission only and yes you do walk around going door to door trying to sell this service or product. never got a clear understanding of that one. If you are looking for a hourly or salary based job this isnt for you. and if going door sounds like to much effort for what you would be getting paid, which in this case it is, then this job is not for you like it wasnt for me.

Someone who is not disgruntled

AUTHOR: truth88 - (United States of America)

POSTED: Friday, August 26, 2011

I would like to start off by saying I the statement above is nothing more than a disgruntled employee that only did not even last 1 day with a job. I was an employee of hi energy and disagree with many things this person is stating. My experience with hi energy was only business to business we never stepped into a subdivision or did anything residential and I was back in the office by 5 every day. Also we never sold anything we marketed for an auto glass company basically helping people set up apt through insurance company for windshield replacement. They do work with DNS auto glass who bought out there competition coast to coast. Lol the person who posted this really has no clue what theyre talking about, the company only hires for entry level and only promote within the company and within the past month they have promoter 2 managers and the managers are not running their own business hints different company names. In my experience with hi energy I made good money and talked to a lot of great people that needed our help, I moved out of the area so I terminated my employment with them. I am posting this not to make them look good or to convince anyone to go work for them I just thought people would like to know this person who posted above is full of information that is no where near the truth and most likely  4 months later still dont have a job!!!!
