Brought in my short sleeve white shirt with black and gray squares....Told owner to spot collar and use medium starch...Phoned owner to make sure they check shirt for pressing issues. In the past....shirts had to be re-pressed.
Picked shirt up today and there was a notation that stain on front could not be removed...Owner said it was blood.
I had no blood on the shirt when I brought it in and it had no stains at all on the shirt..just the collar needed spotting and the shirt needed to be laundered and pressed.
Phoned owner and told me he ruined my shirt and he hung the phone up and refused to answer the phone on repeated calls.
Ivy Cleaners ruined my shirt and refused to re-imburse for my shirt.
Stay away from Ivy Cleaners.
