My fiance and I have been living in this apartment from Jim Bisenius for over a year. And when we moved into the apartment in May of 2007, we told Jim about the living room closet roof was leaking. And it never got done last year. So, this year comes around and we tell him again in April of 2008, and he said he would take care of it. And right now its September of 2008, and the roof is still not fixed. And because he has not fixed the roof there is now black mold growing in the closet, and I have been told by a State Sanatarian that I am not allowed to have my daughter here because of the black mold.

And at the end of August 2008, someone tried to break into our apartment, and for 4 weeks now I have told Jim that our screen door needs to be fixed and its still not done. The one apartment downstairs has a propane stove, and this guy is out of propane, and he told Jim and its not done. This guy only has 1 burner to cook off of and he also told Jim 6 months ago, and its not fixed. And now in the other apartment downstairs there are hispanics that live there, and Jim went and bought them a brand new stove, and a brand new fridge, plus all the material to fix the apartment, but he can't fix the roof, a screen door, and fix a stove, and fill propane.

I am just not sure what to do anymore because this is stupid, and I am missing out on so much of my daughter's life because of a slumlord. Jim also can't help his tentants out because he is lazy. I just want others to know who he is and not to ever rent from him because his apartments are not worth anything.
