RDEALS RDEALS refusing not honoring voucher. Not responding to help requests Internet

A voucher Was purchased for $300 value. The voucher cost was $130. The merchant dealuxe was not willing to redeem the voucher and even had an email from dealuxe stating so. I sent the information to RDEALS requesting a refund. They refused. I tried for many months ( October 2012 until January 2013) and spent hours on hold and over 100 emails with no resolution. Finally end of January I wad told via email that a refund cheque would be issued. I never received the refund cheque. I contacted them many times and was told to wait 4-6 weeks. Still, no cheque. I kept calling, emailing and was told they were looking into it. As of today April 8, 2013 I have not received my refund and have never received a response from a manager in spite of many requests. Help, please!
