On December 15, 2011 I was solicited by Jay Foxe who is an Account Manager for VIP players are Real Vegas Online casino.  Mr Foxe called me and told me he used to be part of the old Fortune Lounge casino.  he knew I was a player there and asked if I would be willing to try out the casino.  He gave me a user id, password and some free bonus money.  he asked me to play it and give him feedback on the casino.

I did that and provided Mr. Foxe with feedback.  The next day I attempted to make a deposit which was extremely difficult.  I called Mr. Foxe and he quickly responded.  he gave me $150 to play while I awaited my transaction.  I played that money to $0.  he was able to successfully process my $250 deposit which used a 440% coupon code and required a 90X playthrough for table games.

I met all the playthrough requirements and had winnings of $5,000.  I provided all of my documentation to the casino on December 17th.  I was told all of my documentation was in place and I would receive an email from them letting me know that.  Days went by and I heard nothing.  I called and emailed Mr. Foxe to which I received no reply.  I emailed support@realvegasonline.com and received nothing.  I attempted to log into my account on Tuesday, December 27th to talk to an online customer service person.  Much to my chagrin, my ACCOUNT WAS LOCKED.  I was unable to log in.

I called customer service and they told me I had received bonuses so management decided to lock my account.  They told me I would receive an email explaining the situation.  I have not received anything.  I emailed another individual at the casino (For any question regarding the status of your withdrawal or security documentation
please contact Jack Wells, the Operations Manager. His email is jack@realvegasonline.com and
he works from Monday thru Friday, sometimes even during the weekends!).  This was posted on their website.

I heard nothing again.  I called Mr. Foxe and he is out of the office til January.

The bottom line is this.  I deposited real money $250, I won $5000 and met all of the playthrough requirements and yet this is what happened to me.  I cannot even get a response from anyone at this casino.  My account is locked and I feel like I have been scammed.  It is even worse because I was solicited by Jay Foxe.  here is his information:  jay@vipgamingservices.com1-877-397-0626 Ext.1

I want other unsuspecting players to avoid this casino at all costs.  They are scammers and this should not be tolerated.

Sincerely,
