get the hint shara, i am complaining for annie.
ive read your emails between you and annie. im just curious what took you so long to refund the deposit to people like melinda and others who contacted me with the same problem? are you going to blame the neighbors? lol.
let me guess, you decided to refund the deposit when you found out that ppl were accusing you of fraud online.
thats generous of you shara. but what you did to annie, melinda and other ppl is unacceptable and unprofessional.
instead of bribing ppl with extra money and a lousy piece of art, you didnt have the guts to apologize for your wrongdoing. thanks for the two months of a emotional roller coaster SHARA STAMLER.

Thiswas not the client that rented the ohme. Annie rented the home from me- during check out the house looked great- she was told she would receive her credit within 10 business days. Three days later- I got a very upset call from the owner that during Annie's stay they were extremly loud. The elderly gentelman went to the house to ask them to quiet down. They proceeded to verbal abuse the man and curse him out. The neigbor was very upset and filed a complaint. Annie was notified and told her security deposit would be held until we found out if we were receiving a noise violation. Once we confirmed we would not be fined- her security deposit was returned. She has cashed her check.
All owners have their own vacation rental permit. Their is one on file for the Cherry Hills property and all taxes are paid on iot.
