The sales people the original complaint author is referring to are the sales people of the Legend of the Himalayan kiosk at the San Francisco Westfield Mall. The product is called Secret of the Himalayan, mind you, but for some reason, the kiosk's sign says "Legend of the Himalayan. Last night (1/14/2010) they tried to sell me the same exact products and used the same exact act in their sales tactics. They were extraordinarily aggressive in their approach, calling out to you until you come over; they stood in my personal space the entire time I was stuck at their kiosk; they flattered and flirted with me to butter me up; they argued and debated with me every time I told them I do not want to buy. They added more and more "free" products and discounts to sweeten the deal, also saying in hushed tones, as if they were imparting a secret, that this is not something they do for every customer, and to keep it to myself, or else they could get in trouble with their boss and the other customer. And even as I was still saying no, they were bagging up the products and readying their cash register station. They did not relent or even ease up until I bought something. Of course, the products were way too pricey and not the kind of thing within my normal lifestyle. What's worse is that they kept me there until the mall closed, as they tried to crack my resistance to their sales pressure. Finally, just like many customers, I had to buy their products in order to leave. Even after I bought something, they tried to push one more product on me. 

Once I got home I googled the business. Secret of the Himalayan is a product line of Swisa Beauty, Inc, a Texas-based company that also has a product line called Dead Sea Cosmetics. Upon reading this, I realize I've run into this horrid business before: back in 2006 Dead Sea Cosmetics had a kiosk in that same Westfield Mall, with similar products pushed by salespeople using the same exact sales tactics. The salespeople from last night might even be the same salespeople from the Dead Sea line. The first time around in 2006, I couldn't leave until I bought something also. The products ended up being a complete waste of money. They didn't do anything at all. I still have the jars, almost full. I just haven't thrown them out because I paid so much for them.

From the complaints from other customers in other states, it sounds like Secret of the Himalayan deploys its sleazy business tactics nationwide. This might be a complaint that should be directed to its parent company, Swisa Beauty Inc., in Texas, rather than just their individual kiosk locations all over the States. Although it might be a good idea to also let the local mall know. They may need to be made aware that they are renting out space to an illegitimate business, and may become concerned enough about their own bottom line to do something about this.
