This is a fast moving scam by the sales director Michelle Prue aimed at using sales people as independent marketing agents while calling them Sales Employees.

PS. SALARY MEANS- It remains the same regardless of results by employees. especially should not be taken away while "employees" are being trained.

They offer the new hires very little training, then send them out On 1st DAY OF HIRE/TRAINING  to "sell" products of which they have very little knowledge.

They claim to offer gas reimbursement, cell phone allowance and transportation but no one last long enough to see any of it. I doubt very much that exist.

They offer a decent fake salary, (which is truly straight commission, minus $90.00). Anyone who doesn't make a sale during week one of the so-called 4 week training is fired and paid minimum wage as they cannot afford to pay them the "salary" without a sale, even if the trainee brings in great prospects that will close in week 2. All that means is the Sales director follows up and takes the deals for herself. The salary offered in the preliminary phone interview is not what is in their illegal bogus offer letter. Also they conveniently mention that failure to complete training will result in being paid minimum wage  under the HEALTH BENEFIT section and it was not discussed.

PS. SALES PEOPLE are driven by money, that's the number one thing that must be discussed in detail ON DAY ONE!!!

There is never any employees there as everyone either quits or is fired. They constantly tell you the office is in "rebuilt mode" when you realize that the only employees there are your training class, even though the business has been around for a long time.

One prospective customer I went to close (and didn't get paid for), told me she had a change a heart as she has bad feeling about the company and that it seems like a "wishy washy" company. Ifd this one person feels this way plus the way they treat their so called "employees", I can just imagine how many customers are getting abused.

Guys, if you really want a JOB STAY AWAY Ultimate Business Services. Its the worst place to work. I would gladly join a class action lawsuit to shut them down. They're taking advantage of the unemployment situation and using people to collect warm leads for minimum wage. $275.00 week is extremely insultive to pay someone to put wear and tear on their car, gasolene and waste time. I am still waiting on my third paycheck from 3 weeks ago.

SHAME SHAME SHAME.. I wasted my time, gas, and my efforts for 3 weeks and have nothing to show for it. Also witnessed an ex-employee arguing on payday that his final check was not what he was promised. He was sent into room so the new hire couldn't hear him and Nick B' some other director there calmed him down after what seemed like an hour.

#1 UPDATE EX-employee responds

AUTHOR: UCFNYY - (United States of America)

POSTED: Friday, March 02, 2012

I worked for this company as well, for three weeks. Having been involved in professional sales for much of my career, I found myself looking for work after being laid off due to the economic downturn.

I was promised HOT leads, a turnkey program that couldn't lose, and $750 per week in training pay, plus car and cell phone allowances. What I got was leads that were between 3 and 5 years old (true story), a corporate culture and sales system based on deception and deliberately inflated statistics, and a pay structure that reverted to minimum wage if you didn't convince 3 businesses to take on the free* trial in your VERY FIRST week. No product training to speak of, no support (front or back end); here are your brochures, go sell. By the way, we're out of professional, color brochures. Take these black and white photocopies with you. Never mind the obscene numbers you'd have to post to get the car and cell money.

Finally, they attempted to withhold my last paycheck. They pay a week behind, so after I was terminated for not producing, I was still owed a week of pay. After trying to be nice, I had a friend who is an attorney draft a letter. I firmly believe that that wa the only reason I got that check.

Truth be told, after about a week and change of giving this an honest effort, I realized I had been lied to. I would show up for the 8 am pep rally/meeting and then go hang out at Starbucks with my laptop looking for another job. The only way I think they make money is by the sales managers poaching the warmest leads from people who give them an honest effort and succumb to the inevitable. They deserved neither from me.

On most of these forums, you have the occasional response and threat from a current employee. There's a VERY good reason that their posts are outnumbered as bad as they are.
