Several months ago (May 2009) my cell broke and I went into my local corporate T-Mobil store located on La Cienega Blvd in Los Angeles. The cell phone I wanted to purchase was out of stock in that store and I was referred to the corporate store in the Fox Hills Mall.

Upon entering the mall I went to the "Wireless Champs" T-Mobil kiosk located in the center of the mall and assumed this was the place I was sent to, not knowing the corporate store was located on the upper level. I purchased a "Behold" cell phone and was talked into adding a second line to my existing account in order to get a rebate on the phone.

To make an extremely long story short.... After receiving an enormous bill, I contacted T-Mobil and was told by the corporate office that in order to straighten out this entire billing mess, I needed to return the phone purchased from "Wireless Champs" and get the same phone from them, and I did.

I returned the phone within 30-days of purchasing it and was expecting to get my full refund immediately. However, the manager (at that time) told me his computers were down and he had to hand write me a receipt for my returned phone and he did. He assured me that he would process my refund (that day) as soon as the computers were back online. He also told me he would send me an email confirming the entire transaction. I've yet to receive that email.... and even worse my refund totaling $193.34;

I continually contated the manager over the past several months (ONLY TO FIND OUT HE HAS BEEN TERMINATED FOR WRONG DOINGS) in an effort to get my money back. He assured me the refund had been referred to the corporate office for processing, still I've received nothing...!

I feel as if I've been taken advantage of in the worse way. I feel Wireless Champs has just taken my money and could care less about me as a customer. In fact I feel as if I've been robbed...! I paid cash (down to the exact change) for the phone and have nothing to show for it in return.

I once again found myself writing to WIRELESS CHAMPS regarding my refund that I've yet to receive. In my email to them (over 2 weeks ago) I was assured that an upper level manager would handle this matter. I have not receive my refund or any further communications from him advising me on the status of my refund.... JUST NOTHING....!

On Thursday July 30, 2009 I called your Fox Hills Store where a young lady answered the phone. I requested to speak to the manager and after giving my name I was placed on hold for over 30 minutes. I hung up and repeatedly called back only to get a busy signal for the next 15 minutes or so.

On Friday July 31, 2009 I called again and by chance the manager answered the phone. I explained the previous days events and all he offered was an apology. Let me add this, in my previous email to them I intentionally did not mention the fact that every time I call your Fox Hills store and ask to speak to a manager I'm left on hold for 5 - 30 minutes, only to hang up, call back and get a busy signal repeatedly. This behavior/pattern seems to be the norm rather than the exception. From my prospective the manager/staff at the Fox Hills store are intentionally avoiding my calls rather than working with me to resolve this issue. On Friday when I spoke with the manager he told me that he has a conference call I believe on Monday and he would inquire about the status of my rightfully owed refund.

Each time I've ask the manager at the kiosh for his manager's contact information all he provides me with are some email addresses. He has told me that he only has a personal cell number that he is not allowed to give out to the public. How do I even know you are in a position to process my refund? As a customer how do I even know that when you say you will "Personally" handle this, that you don't mean you'll do nothing? How do I even know that you aren't just another Fox Hills employee running a scam on customers just as the terminated manager obviously did? HOW DO I KNOW....???

This is utterly ridiculous...! I am asking you to provide me with a contact number for you, your manager and his/her manager. I am asking for your corporate contact information, meaning complete address and telephone number(s).

I am a retired AT&T manager with over 30 years of Telecommunications experience in customer service. Needless to say I am no where near a happy satisfied customer and find your company, your management and your staff totally unprofessional, unreliable and most of all untrustworthy. I do however find your company, management and staff to be the BEST RIPOFF ARTIST and CONARTIST in the industry.
