I've had a similar case,

I'm a  tourist who came to visit a very good friend of mine at the states, which very sadly has been arrested after his application for a green card has been declined.

After a lot of efforts with his family abroad and some friends, we manged to raise a crazy amount of money for us,  for a bond + the a commission 15% to the company, at the amount of  $8725!   BUT the immigration has changed his case at the last minute to a NON-BOND case, because of some mistakes in the papers! 

 Since that day, this so called company had gave the worst, the rudest, and most messy service that I have ever experienced, but above all this!  they haven't sent me the money back!!! 

they didn't let me talk to there bookkeeper (as they say, following by the name of "ALEX"), they told me that they've sent the money, BUT it came back (as they say), and they've sent it again with no luck!

I've called them for 4-5 times to make sure that the address and all the details are correct, and each time there was a mistake!  I am sure that this "company" doesn't even work with computers!!!

I've trusted this company with my life, if not BILL COLE (an immigration representative) recommended them to me!
