I ORDERED 1 BOOK FROM THEM 9/13/09. IT HAS NOT ARRIVED TO ME YET, BUT THEY GOT THEIR MONEY THE NEXT DAY.  I AM STILL WAITING. I RATED THEM A 1 OUT OF 5. THEY KEEP E-MAILING ME TO CHANGE THE RATING SO THEIR SERVICE WILL NOT DEPLETE, I TOLD THEM NO, THEY SAID IF I GOT A REFUND WOULD THAT HELP ME TO CHANGE THE RATING I TOLD THEM NO. IT HAS BEEN WELL OVER 1 MONTH AND NO PURCHASE HAS ARRIVED. STILL HAVE NOT GOTTEN A REFUND EITHER.

ON THEIR SITE AT FIRST IT SAYS 92% WILL ARRIVE BY 09/23 NOW THAT THAT DATE HAS COME AND GONE IT SAYS 92% WILL ARRIVE BY 10/12/09

I WILL FILL A COMPLAINT WITH THE BBB ALSO.

FIND ANOTHER SOURCE TO ORDER FROM.
