BH Financials Consumer's Reward Program Company stated I had WON 39,000.00. Sent me a check for 3,900.00 to cover taxes - THIS IS A FRAUD! Niagara Falls Ontario Canada

I received a letter stating I had WON 39,000. All I needed to do was to deposit the check into my account and when it cleard call them back and they would help me pay non-resident taxes. The taxes were to be paid to an agent in Canada and with-in 24 to 48 hours I would have my money. They advised me not to make this public to prevent FRAUD and double processing of the claim. This is so bogus its not even funny, especiall with the economy the way it is and some people are so down and out they are willing to try anything DO NOT DO IT. I am following through with this I am contacting everyone I need to these people need to be stopped, and I will do what ever it takes to stop them.
