Bigpoint bosses are not interested in the way their so-called support team treat the paying customers. Any letter I write to the top is shoved back down to the so-called support team. Here are a few snippets of the emails I have received.
"We received your letter, we have no more to say, talk to a lawyer, your
insults are not welcomed." I did insult after they treated me like dirt in about 20 emails.
"You deliberately abused a bug in the game for personal gain, by rights and by
the Terms and Conditions we are allowed to terminate your account:" I never did cheat and am willing to undergo a polygraph test, are they? I doubt it. And the bug is theirs, their cause.
"The User violates the prohibition of exploiting programming errors (bugs) (see
sec. 1.2)" They know that Bigpoint is full of bad coding, so the bad coding will be put upon the paying customers, whether they knew about an error or not.
Talking about insults, look at this threat and accusation. "We have caught <you cheating, you are lucky to be playing at all, next time
will be worse so I suggest you start following the rules."
"The script was done yesterday, checking all values on the Database, you were
caught, there is no doubt about it, we already announced that we will be
controlling the bug and bot using. Nobody is ever guilty even though the
numbers on the DB are clear." They never tell us exactly how we are supposed to have manipulated their errors, the reason being because they have no way to explain it.
"The numbers are all taking doing a complete sweep of the database, I´m sorry
but this is clear to us and it is included in the T&Cs of the game. On purpose
or not, this is forbidden." Notice the part that says "On purpose or not" As I said, they don't care what we have to say, and they don't care whether we are innocent or not. This part will destroy them.
"This is not a debate, you want us to take further disciplinary action? There
are no errors!!!" There are no errors? Yet, it was a coding error that caused it all. There are no errors when they want to blame us because they don't want the media etc to know how bad bogpoint really is. I will see to it that this is not hidden anymore.
Do you now see how bad bigpoint really is and how disgusting their so-called support team are? I think you do.
