Bradford Exchange Bradford Exchange promices goods never delivered Niles, Illinois

At the beginning of 2009, I ordered the panel of Kincaid lights calendar. Deliveries were on time until about June 2009. Then shipments were promised the next month. The next month came and the same story. It is now Dec. and I still do not have the Sept. panel. In Sept. they assured me it would come in Oct. Also, I was told the Oct. panel would be in Nov. Now I am told all four remaining panels won't be shipped till Dec. Sometimes the rep. says they are waiting till they get 100 people to order. Another rep. says they are backordered. Another rep says they don't know and just apologize. I want to speak to a supervisor but I never get one. What gives? Anyone else frustrated?
