CENTRAL COAST NUTRA ripped off by central coast nutra and very unhappy Tempe Arizona

On January 26,2009 i ordered colon pure and acaipure from central coast nutra. I ordered this and then on 1/27/09 they deducted $4.95 and $5.95 from my checking account. I have no problem with that because i tried the products and didn't want anymore. Neither one of these products worked as they claimed.

On 2/17/09 they took $39.95 and on 2/18/09 they took $38.95. On 3/3/09 they took $44.90 twice. I believe they deducted the money like that so that by the time I got my bank statement it would be too late to do anything about my loss. On 3/08/09 I received an order from them and started calling to get return info. On 3/11/09 i received another package from them. I didn't even open this and put it in a box to return to them.

I finally got an e-mail from Herbert Estrada,customer care. He told me that when they verified that i had indeed returned their products I would receive my refunds. I sent him the delivery confirmation number and told him delivery was made on 3/16/09. On 3/30/09 I received a refund of $33.95. On 4/20/09 i received a refund of $33.95. They are trying to say the rest of my money went for a restocking fee. At this price they could make a huge profit just pretending to ship anything. I 'm still out $70.00.

When I send e-mails it is always answered by someone else instead of the person i dealt with before. they are now trying to say that they have no record of me ever ordering from them. I was hoping their product would improve my health instead i got a much bigger headache from trusting yet another rip off company.
