Randy Thompson of Curb Appeal Property Services advertised a good running JD 350 bulldozer for sale on Craigslist, Buffalo NY, ad number 1397745350.  I bought the machine from him with the understanding that he did not try to adjust the steering clutches.  After delivery of the machine, I found the exact opposite, he had tried to adjust them out to the point where you could no longer tighten the parts together anymore.  There was still penetrating oil all over the parts he tried to adjust, and all cover plate bolts were loose.  This machine is useless without being able to steer it properly.  I have tried to contact him through 2 emails and he just isn't man enough to respond.  They were civilized emails, trying to work something out with him.  I was not looking for refund, just a few hundred dollars. This would split the cost of parts between us.  Dozer cost was $5100.00.  I am awestruck at his refusal to respond in anyway.

Well I finally got a response from this guy here it is cut and paste as it was sent to me.

I told you that the right side clutch needed work. You were STUPID enough to not try the dozer even 
after I told you to hop on and move it around. SO who is the dumb ass here, the seller who 
encouraged the buyer to try the equipment, or the idiot that spent his money on something 
with out ever attempting to run it?
 
 

So I guess I am dumb ass here, taking someones word on the machine working.  His exact words the day he sold me the machine were," it will turn right".  Now Randy If your only defense here is calling me stupid and dumb ass for buying the garbage you guaranteed, then I have to say you have strengthened my disdain for you. You are no different than a Walmart, scum of the earth.
