D&G Roofing - David Allen Tried to use inferior shingles not up to spec. then lied about approval. Michigan City, Indiana

David  Allen was told many times to use a certain shingle on homeowners home quite a large hous & wealthy owner, weekend house, I was the general. I went to check on the progress twice daily, luckily when I arrived on day the shingles had been delivered, they were so inferior & the wrong color I told him they had to be replacd, he told me the owners management company approved them this was a lie, because we had many discussions as to what shingle was to be used. I feel he was trying to pocket the difference which would have been a few thousand dollars. He absolutely lied. Also,if a contractor wants to use him they had better get a signed contract on the commission he refuses to pay the 10% usually alloted per contractor per job, says he never agreed, I am 69 & have cancer & can no longer do physical work.
