The Driver / Sales Person of the truck, (Jason) showed the meat and claimed there was 30lbs of actual (assorted) meat in the box,which worked out to be aprox. 4 dollars a lb. a Decent buy.

Then Jason was very insisting he pack it in my freezer..But I declined as I wanted to arrange things in my freezer myself,and he promptly left. If he had packed my freezer, the likelihood of catching the weight difference would have been very slim once packed away.

As I was putting away the meat I started totaling the weight..and it only came to 15.75 lbs..which worked out to 7.90 cent a lb. "a far cry from 4 bucks a pound"

I intermediately called him...( Jason 727- 563-6246) and was hung up on.

It's a joke. They claim that their meats are 'USDA Inspected'. Big deal, all canned dog food is also 'USDA Inspected'. The real question is 'What is the USDA GRADE of the meat???' Prime, Choice, Select........or lower??? Their omission would indicate the LOWER end of the scale.

I  like how they advertise their products by CASE price and the COUNT of pieces included. What about the WEIGHT of the items?? That's where you get screwed.

And of course there's the contractors. What can you say about people who couldn't cut it selling speakers from a van or perfume in a WalMart parking lot? Repeat business is not in their training manual. Apparently telling the truth isn't either.
