EBAY.COM I have been with EBAY for years.I listed a $10 ring and it never had not one bid so the time ended and ebay said we can relist the ring for free.i relisted it 5 times it never sold so i removed it. Internet

I have been with EBAY for a number of years and sold stuff on there site and used this free relisting perks that ebay gave to re-sale something that did not have a chance to sell. So i list this junk $10 ring and it never got any bids for the first 10 days zero bids. So ebay ask me if i wanted to re-list and i said yes.So i relisted this ring because of zero bids i relisted it 5 times and i removed it. I had taken it off ebay and got an email from Ebay an it stated that the relistings are not free and i will be charged $385 just for relisting fees only and that i needed to pay now. This was back in Jan 2009. I don't think that its fare for them to say that the relist is free to keep your item on there site and just maybe it will sale. And want to charge a relisting fee because i re-moved the item because it did not sell.. So they call everyday and i just toll them that i am not please with there services and they said that ebay allowed me to use there site and sell my things and that they think that i should pay them. Like hell I don't care what you do are want to do!!!!!! sue me, you can't eat me.There are so many other sites out there that people can use. I have always used ebay becuase of all the other times useing free relisting fees and sold stuff like crazy. But come to think about it just maybe, i was charge all the relisting fees like how would i no. sometimes i was just glad it sold. Come to think about thats why i never made any money because i was jacked up with all the relisting fees...EBAY I AM NOT GOING TO PAY YOU, AN ON THE OTHER HAND YOU NEED TO PAY ME. LIKE WHAT ABOUT ALL THE OTHER TIMES THAT I SOLD STUFF WITH YOU GUYS.WHATS FUNNY IS THAT I CAN CALL YOU GUYS 365 DAYS OUT THE YEAR AND ASK YOU TO PAY ME ALL THE MONEYS THATS OWED TO ME FOR SELLING STUFF THAT HAD BEEN RELISTED. I COULD MAKE SOME MONEY!!! SO YOU GUYS ARE NOT GOING TO PAY ME SO WHY SHOULD I PAY YOU!

I TALKED TO A PERSON WITH EBAY AN THEY SAID THAT THEY WILL GET PAID BY ME (CLAYRENOIT). I TOLD THEM WHY SHOULD I PAY FOR SOMETHING THATS A FREE LISTING ON EBAY TO GET ME THE SELLER TO KEEP THE ITEM LISTED ON EBAY. IT STATES DO YOU WANT TO RE-LIST THE ITEM IT DOES NOT HAVE ARE DID NOT A YEAR AGO, IT NEVER STATED DO YOU WANT TO RE-LIST  AND THIS IS THE CHARGES AND TYPE IN MY PASSWORD AND THIS WILL BE CHARGED TO MY PAYPAL ACCOUNT,IT NEVER STATED FOR ME TO TYPE IN A PIN TO LET EBAY KNOW THAT I WANTED 5 RE-LISTING FEES ADDED. ON EBAY WHEN I LISTED THE $10 ITEM AFTER A FEW DAYS AND IT DID NOT SELL THAT I CAN RE-LIST THE ITEM BECAUSE IT DID NOT SELL ON OUR SITE. AND EBAY ALSO STATED THAT THERE WOULD NOT BE A CHARGE FOR THE RELISTING FEE BUT THE CHARGE WOULD COME IF I SOLD THE ITEM. EBAY SAID THEY WOULD HAVE TO CHARGE ME A LISTING FEE FOR POSTING THE ITEM ON EBAY AND A SELLERS FEE.  THIS IS NOT A LIE....SO WHY CHARGE ME RELISTING FEES IF ITS FREE.SO I GET IT NOW YOU GUYS CHARGE A LISTING FEE AND A RE-LISTING FEE AND A SELLERS FEE. SO THATS HOW MY $10 ITEM MADE EBAY $385.THE ITEM DID NOT SELL SO YOU CHARGE ME $385 FOR A $10 ITEM THIS DOES NOT EVEN SOUND RIGHT. BUT IF ITS EBAY YOU CAN DO THIS TO MEMBERS AND ANYONE ELSE!!! MY FRIEND LISTED SOME LAND ON EBAY AND IT NEVER SOLD AFTER 3 WEEKS ON EBAY AND THE LAND WAS LISTED ON EBAY FOR $500 AND IT NEVER SOLD. SO MY FRIEND TOOK THE LAND OFF EBAY AND EBAY  C H A R G E D  THIS FRIEND $2980.80. SO MY FRIEND WAS CRYING AN ASK WHAT CAN THEY DO. I TOLD THEM THAT SOMEONE WILL SEND HELP! ITS NOT LIKE WE CAN CALL 911 ON THE INTERNET BUT SOMEONE WILL SUE OR SOMETHING. BUT ITS OK FOR EBAY TO SCAM PEOPLE. ANYOTHER COMPANY WOULD BE FINED ARE CHARGED WITH FRAUD.    madeoff i mean ebay this is the same its just online.
