Fiber1comm owner Robert Mitchell owes me $645.00 for as I'm Satellite Installer that contract with Fiber1. the company was always slow in paying when they felt like it.
Robert Mitchell is a lair and con man that they to fine ways to take money out of your pay. Now I have been waiting from October to be paid for 7 jobs that Total out to be $645.00 I have tried to contact him and he never answers phone and never reply to my E-mail. I have contacted the company that he receives his work from and they tell him to pay me and the only one that Robert Mitchell answer too is this company.
The company is DISH1UP and they are no better in helping me as I believe they should be responsible for this Fiber1 that as contract with DISH1UP.
I have received many e-mails from Dish1up say that he will pay me is what Robert Mitchell says all the time. This person is a lair and cheat.
That are many techs that he owes money too all over the U.S.
I none everything I could do so far to get my money from him.
One day he answer his phone just by accident as I told him I want my money and he said he was in process of getting into another business and the office will be ready in 3 days and than he will send out my money. Now that was 4 weeks ago still no money.
He as lied to another installer that I know from IN. and he gets the same lies.
I would like to add that DISH1UP should hold Fiber1 money as know they do for 90 days
and use this moneys to pay the many contractors that Robert Mitchell of FIBER1 Comm owes. Alisha@dish1up.com should help more in doing to get installers paid from FIBER1comm.
