First Federal Credit Control This is Suppose to be a collection agency! Ripoff Columbus Ohio

We are not sure who this person is because they did not give their full information, but we would be more than happy to speak with them to resolve this alleged false accusation. This person has never worked for our company nor have we have sent them any money. We are in the business of collecting money for our clients not sending checks to individuals. We are in the service industry and obviously contacted this person in regards to money owed to one of our clients whom we represent. They have listed our phone number so they are free to call our customer service center (which actually answers the phones) and tries to help people with every situation brought to our attention. Our team is very cooperative and always looks to resolve issues for people who are trying to get out of debt. Anyone who reads this article is more than welcome to call our office and speak to our representatives and see for themselves. We are confident that you will have a different perspective on collection agencies.
