First national Acceptance Co. That company took $3,000 dollars from me when my money was in the bank, the name of the bank was Investors Savings, Also they just came into my job to request my money from my pay, I contacted the com East Lansing, Michigan

I am writing about the incident that happend to me it is about this company called First National Acceptance Company, they took $3,000 dollars from me when I had a bank account at Investors Savings alsxo they came to the job to serve me with a garnishment paper when I called them they reported to me that my name or ss# doesn't come up they then said to me to look it up another eway and whenI did it came back to the same name, all I want is for them to get this straight and to leave me alone I have retained a laywer to hlp me because I don't appreciate what is happening to me.

If they've already attached a bank account and served garnishment papers, that means they've already been to court. Only a judge can issue those types of orders. If you were never served a summons to appear in court, then your attorney should be able to get the orders reversed pretty quickly.
You didn't mention if you actually owed the money or not. If this is a valid debt, an attorney might be able to slow it down, but you may ultimately have to pay what you owe, plus attorney and court costs.
