They are taking advantage of people in this country . They are scammers trying to sell a e book on foreclosure cleaning. They are promoting it as a 200 page e book. They claim it took them 6 months to wright. That is so much B.S . They are charging over $49.00 for their so called information.Beaware of this company

The report above is simply not true. We are Foreclosure Cleanup, LLC in Atlanta and have been featured on 11Alive, in USA Today, by National Association of Realtors and others. The posting above is believe to be by a man who is trying to capitalize off a similar, competing ebook. See below:
"Joe of cleaningforeclosures.com is charging from $29 to $45 for a 15 page ebook riddled with typos in barely legible grammar, in large font. And one of the pages is pretty much a duplicate and one is a title page, so you'll get 13 pages for 40 bucks at last look. He is slandering our legitimate business in Atlanta in an effort to propel his ebook sales. He is being investigated re: a civil suit because of the slander on this website and others. He's had several complaints about his "ebook." The book is not worth selling, I'm afraid. If you order it, upon immediate download, you will see what I'm talking about. You can read a review of both ebooks at this link: http://www.free-press-release.com/news/200907/1231352616.html.
I wish Joe much luck, but you have to succeed legally and ethically."

This report was filed by an elusive Joe of CleanForeclosures.com, not a mysterious "Bob" from Atlanta.
It was filed because of an ebook review I wrote, after we suspected he was stealing and selling our ebook (or portions thereof) on how to start a foreclosure cleanup business.
You can read the entire review entitle, "How to Start a Foreclosure Cleanup Business: A Review of 2 Ebooks on the Subject", at http://www.associatedcontent.com/article/1364044/how_to_start_a_foreclosure_cleanup.html and draw your own conclusions.
I've been a freelance writer and busiiness owner since 1993. You can learn more about me at InkwellEditorial.com/about.htm
And "Bob/Joe", we continue to wonder, "Who are you?"

I ordered the book from Foreclosure Cleanup, LLC. While it said there were 200+ pages,it did have several blank title pages in front of chapters. But, overall, the e-book contained very helpful information on the foreclosure cleanup business in general and in some detail. I have had several businesses, so some of the info was quite familiar to me, but there was quite a bit of new information on where to market the business and what to watch out for in dealing with customers in this particular business. It was worth the appx. $50.00 I spent for the e-book. Cassandra didn't over promise and under deliver.

I have purchased the book and have used the information provided to start my own foreclosure clean-up business. I found the e-book convenient to obtain as well as affordable compared to the others out there promoting the same thing for way more. I also found the info inside to be very informative and down to earth. I personally wanted to thank Mr. and Mrs. Black for writing or "putting together" an informative, inspiring "start your own...business" manual. Maybe this person did not get his way and is using this forum to slander an honest effort. During these recession times, a lot of people are turning to creative avenues to make more money and if it is affordable, provides good, useful information, and inspires pro-active-ness, then what is there to complain about?

The updated link can be found here: http://www.foreclosurebusinessnews.com/cleaning-foreclosures-review-of-2-ebooks-on-the-subject/.
Please be careful doing buisness on the web. If a person can't provide a real, FULL name, contact informattion beyond a free email address and you cant't find ANYTHING ELSE on the web about them, be careful. FYI, that's why many don't provide full names (or provide fake ones).
Information sellers, especially, WANT consumers to know who they are because the successful ones publish many reputable products that they stand behind.
Hope this info helps, and good luck if you decide to start this business, which is a wonderful, evergreen niche to be in.
Remember, as long as houses are bought and sold, they will need to be cleaned up, cleared out and maintained (basically all the services that a foreclosure cleanup business provides).
Sincerely,
Yuwanda Black (Just Google me to learn more about who I am)
