Henry R. Seawell Jr Associate at the firm Luther, Oldenburg & Rainey, P.C. Henry Seawell rode in my taxi for over 138 miles and refused to pay the bill. The Fare was $331.00 and 138 miles in length. He lied and said he would put a check in the mail but has not done so. Sent Mobile, Alabama

This attorney from Mobile, Alabama hired a taxi driver from to drive a 138 mile trip and refused to pay the bill.  The agreed upon rate was $2.00 per mile plus 20% for the driver.   This attorney at law from Mobile Alabama lied to the driver and said he would send the rest of the money in the mail because we had depleted his debit account at the atm machine.  The check was never mailed.
