Heritage Propane Broke serial plate off my Propane tank, over charging, faked, lied, false billing, repeat offender fort payne , Alabama

In 2010 Heritage propane of Fort Payne Alabama claimed the serial plate on my propane tank fell off. i own my propane tank, they have been filling it for 13+ years. I talked to an uncle that lives 3 miles from me and he owned his own propane tank and has it serviced by Heritage Propane. Heritage claims his serial plate fell off. I have another friend Buster, he owned his propane tank and it to was serviced by Heritage Propane, Heritage Propane also claimed that Buster's serial plate had fell off. I find it odd that 3 people in the same area in the same month all had our serial plates "fall off" our propane tanks, these serial plates are welded onto the tanks.  Because the serial plates fell off you either have to purchase another propane tank or rent one. since we all were being serviced by Heritage Propane, we all were convinced to purchase or rent our tank from them. I was told to switch out the tank would be free.

2 weeks after the tank was installed, i received a bill from Heritage Propane for $129.89. I went to their office in Fort Payne, Alabama in January of 2012 to make arrangements to pay the bill in installments. I was told that would be fine, they told me to come back next month Feb. and they would have a payment plan ready for me. I went in today 2/03/2012 to make my first payment, i was told "no" it has to be paid in full and since i didn't pay my bill in January, i have late charges added to it. The lady at the front service desk even admitted they had me wait so they could collect the late payment. I want to report Heritage Propane of Fort Payne Alabama for fraudulent behavior and actions. I was ripped off by Heritage Propane, i think and so does my friend Buster, that Heritage Propane pried the serial plates off, so you have to buy or rent a propane tank from them. Then they cheat you by charging you for installing a tank, they claim they will install free of charge.
