Please do fall for this scam ! Please use your common sense. These people take the information that you tell them put in writing and then wait a day . Then they want you to pay them for nothing . No one can guarantee that they can work out a deal with your lender. How can you have a 100% success rate . Then turn around and tell me that you can't promise me that all will be ok . They want you to believe that they can get some thing done with your mortgage lender that you can't do, by talking to them . They should have a sign that says ," Beware Scamers Are On The Loose" " It's only going to cost you $1500.00 and Your Home "
