Home Comings Financial keep on changing the amount of mortgage payment, threated to put forclosure on my home and refused offer that was made on home just wants there money wont work with me on anything everyone tell me a different storey when i try to call then on things refused to let me do a deedin lieu on my home wanted me to sell the home but no realator will take it Waterloo Iowa

keep raising the payment knowing that i had a fixed income when i couldnt make the payment anymore do to my income they wanted me to try to sell the home i coulndnt get a relator to take me or my home because the home not worth the amount they got me to take out i have had and offer on the home they refused the offer because it wouldnt cover the amount that i owed to them then i had some offer to move in my home and make the payment they put a sticker on the home and told me the the home was in focloser and that they couldnt live there and that the home couldnt be lived by anyone else beside me as i lost my husband and couldnt handle living there because of things and memory in the home... i have tryed to work with them and they have allways kept on changing there storey with me i dont know what else to do im at the point to just go bankrupt and say there you go i have health issue too and this dont help anything help help help!!
