Insure One affirmative insurance Liars who don't care about their clients Melrose Park, Illinois

I have full coverage insurance, I thought until my accident. My adjuster Ernesto Flores told me everything would be taken care of. I had a bad accident on  Febreuary 1st during the bad snow storm here  in Chicago . I reported the accident the next day.  It took them over a week to get my truck from the towing yard and taken to a ford dealer.   My truck is a 2004 F350 in excellent condition. Now my truck has over 12,500.00 in damage. The adjuster Ernesto told me it was all pre existing damage that was on my truck even though they did a walk around my truck  and did not mark one thing wrong with it. They sent me a check for 351.00 to cover the damage. They will not return my calls or my lawyers calls. They are all a bunch off liars and rip offs. I will be seeing them in court.
