When we called they said it would be $798.00 for 2 adults, we have 2 childeren so we had to pay $99.00 each for them. Then we called to book our vacation and they said we had lost it, but not worry we could extend it for a year which cost us $300.00 to extend to August 2010. We called in Janurary and the number was nolonger in service. Then we wrote a letter to "The better business bureau,"and their reply was that there was nothing else they could do.
