Jac Logistics nonpayment kerhonkson, New York

this is a report against guidelines.this report is against jac logistics..president chris leo/.i signed to drive on 6/11/08.i drove for jac for 2 months and 3 weeks.started with truck 293.it didnt matter because i was going to make money.i quit 2/28/08.i only got paid 3 times,400.300,25 dollars.didnt get no statements,the money put into my account wasnt from his comp.,but with tcheks.i filled out a w4 form ,no dep.no taxestaken out.had to wait 2 weeks.hol 1 back.then didnt get paid. no paper work yet..next week,sort out paper work.1 month 1 week,then got paid,300.4th week,400,next day 25.went to bank,no statement.on friday 8/28/008.call ask for pay,said at triple d trailers in ct.hed pay me.took a mail load,at rest called him,he said he cant pay me.i said thats illegal,he said give me my truck back.told him i quit,took the mail load back,told them why and drove home where i always parked.called him,he told me to drive his truck back,told him i would if he pays me.he fefused,some person came to pick it up,gave his truck to him in better shape then started.suppose to be paid .37 mile.well,i kept all logs,directions,something the log people always tell you about.got a lawyer,took a year,chris never came to hi court hearing,he got the messages from tracking. on 9/24/09 i was awarded8700,plus1300 for percentage,and attorney fees total17,500.00.It goes to show why you should always keep your logs in order,neat accurate,and dont lie about signing a w4 form and have your own proof of copy.Why he Jac never paid,dont know,now just want to know how to log my time,miles with the irs.
