I ordered Frontline Plus from Joe's Pet Meds out of New Zealand online 3 months ago due to their very low prices. I paid $65 for a 6 month supply and it turned out to be fake. It has orange stripes on the back of the packaging and the genuine Frontline is black and white.

My pets became sickly and infested with fleas and ticks even though I used more and more of the product, until I discerned that I had been scammed. Frontline has always worked well on my pets but this stuff is JUNK! And you can't send Joe's Pet Meds and email to complain since they have no customer contact or phone number unless you order something from them. I've lost my order confirmation so I couldn't contact them.

Don't order from these crooks. They have an extra hot place awaiting them in hell if they don't repent of their wickedness. People work hard for their money and if it's not the crooked bankers ripping them off, then we have to deal with these kinds of parasites. I can't wait until the Lord Jesus comes back and sends them all where they belong!

Joe's Pet Med's OK

   I have used Joespetmet.com for a couple of years and beside saving a ton of money (due to the exchange rate difference between USA and Australia), and I have had very good luck with their products.  I purchase Bayer's Advantix K9 for my gordon setter (+55 Lbs) and it has worked excellent in this area of KY with ton's of fleas and ticks.  I was concerned at first about the products as they are manufactured by Bayer in Australia, but the ingredients are the same, just the measures are difference due to metric measurements. 

   As for lack of customer service, there is a Customer Service tab that the top of every page that lists who and how to contact them.  They also have a complete knowledge base to help you solve problems your self.  If as the reporter states, the med's were making their pet sick, I would not have continued to use it.

   I have no trouble recommending Joe's Pet Meds to my friends who want to save some money on their pet supplies.

I am a consumer who has used Joes Ped Meds for years.  There is nothing wrong with them. My Vet agrees that they are working great and I the prices in the United States for Animal products are inflated like everything else is.
