Matthew C. Browndorf would like you to believe he is an accomplished lawyer and businessman. Nothing could be further from the truth. His recent bankruptcy of Browndorf PEM, Browndorf Insurance Services & Browndorf FSG to avoid having to face litigation form investors, past employees and services providers to his failed business activities is proof he has used questionable, ethical and deceiving business practices to further his, "Newport Beach" lifestyle regardless of the consequences. In fact good sources have it that Browndorf's bankruptcy was filed in court to shelter him from sure litigation for skipping out on his legal bills to a number of law firms including but not limited to; Bryan Cave, The Feldhake Law firm just to name a few and a string of unpaid employees that he keep on at the firm with promises of compensation that he knew he couldn't provide, service providers, and most importantly investors. This would not be the first time Matthew C. Browndorf had been sued over unpaid legal bills, there is evidence of this trend available through searches on the internet.
